Iron Mike Tyson had a way with words. And with knocking people out. So who better to quote when it comes to contingency planning than a man who would TKO plans with a single punch?

Scenario planning is always a critical activity for founders. But in these times, it is even more important. To assist entrepreneurs and business mangers, I'm compiling a handful of the most interesting scenario frameworks. if you know of others that you effectively use, please let me know.
